  Agreement of Purchasing Shares of Tiefenbach Polska Sp. z o.o. On 24th October 2007 KOPEX SA has signed an agreement with Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH (with the seat in Essen, Germany) on purchasing 49 per cent of stake in Tiefenbach Polska Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Radzionkow (Poland) - the subsidiary of Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH. Total value of transaction amounts to EUR 850 thou (ca PLN 3,107 thou.). Tiefenbach Control Systems GmbH is a leading worldwide manufacturer of electrohydraulic control systems for mining powered roof supports.
